Your phone should be able to stay on and should be able to make and receive calls.
Does the Phone function properly?
The phone WIFI, GPS, Bluetooth, Sensors and both front and back Camera work. Your Phone is not eligible if more than 2 Functional issues are detected at the doorstep
Is Your phone body in good shape?
The phone body does not have any Cracks or major Scratches, The Buttons work and are not damaged. Your device is ineligible for exchange if the body / exclosure is shattered, broken or missing
Is Your phone Screen in good shape?
The touchscreen should work, the screend display should not have any lines and dots, Screen Glass does not have Major Cracks & Scratches.
