Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
- We will refund you the full amount in case you have cancelled the order within 24 hours* of order placement.
- After 24 hours of order placement**, we will refund the amount after deducting 3% on the order value towards cancellation charges.
- *You cannot cancel the order that has been shipped or invoiced. The customer may track the status of their order online.
- Original shipping cost will deducted from the refund amount.
- All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
- Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
- **Orders for Apple and 3rd party Accessories once placed cannot be cancelled.
- It is to note that the order once placed cannot be cancelled if the payment has been processed through PINELABS.
Return & Refund Policy
- There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @8340088888.
- Products which are found to be cosmetically unfit will be replaced by Apple authorized service center* only.
- The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
- The products which are found to be non-working (Dead on Arrival) would be replaced/refunded, provided you notify us of receipt of a non-working product within maximum 24 hours of delivery and subsequently approved by Apple authorised service center* only.
- We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive the damaged/ defective product and verify its packaging/condition.
Conditions for returns
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery of the product.
- All items to be returned must be in their original packing in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase.
- In case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us.
- We would not be able to accept a product if it shows signs of breakage or tampering.
Dead on Arrival Product
- A product is considered Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call 8340088888 within 24 hours of delivery. Apple authorized service center will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
- Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Aptronix's expense. An Sales Support representative will contact you within 24 hours of your call with the replacement product delivery details and the procedure for returning the DOA product.
- Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
- Product must be deemed DOA by Apple authorized service center within 24 hours of the product receipt date in order to be eligible for a replacement unit.
- Aptronix reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Aptronix may impose a handling fee.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 1-2 working days.
- Aptronix will initiate the refund after deducting all associated charges including shipping and cancellation charges. Your money will be refunded to your credit card / debit card / online bank account that were used for the particular transaction.
- Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded to the credit/ debit card within 7- 9 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
- For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of ordering the product.
EMI & Cashback T & C
- Cashback offer is valid exclusively on HDFC Bank Debit and Credit Cards
- The cashback offer is valid for transactions made using Brand EMI option on Pine Labs terminals.
- The cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month on a best effort basis to all open and active card members accounts only.
- No Extra Cost EMI is also applicable on HDFC Bank Debit and Credit Card EMI transactions on 6 month tenures only. The No extra cost EMI is available on Bajaj Finance Ltd, HDFC Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank Consumer.
- In case of refund, though the amount is credited back to the customer’s card, the EMI closure will only happen after customer communicates the same to the bank for the same. Customer will specifically need to communicate to the banks the intent of the EMI loan closure.
- Also if customer fails to communicate the same to bank, the interest amount that bank will keep levying will be borne by the customer.
- Foreclosure or any other charges, if any which are levied by the customer’s bank, will need to be borne by the customer.
