Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for online orders

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer cannot cancel the order that has been invoiced.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
  • Gift cards, personalized products, sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • For order cancellation please write us at [email protected] within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It is to note that the order once placed cannot be cancelled if the payment has been processed through PINELABS.
  • A gift card/ coupon/ offer applied while placing the order will be cancelled and not refunded in case of order cancellation.
  • Aptronix reserves right to cancel the order without any prior information.

 
Return & Refund Policy

  • All the products sold are covered under brand warranty and the same is claimable at brand Authorised service centre only.
  • No exchange and return of any products are applicable except the below.
    • The products which are found to be non-working (Dead on Arrival) would be replaced, provided you notify us of receipt of a non-working product within maximum 24 hours of delivery and subsequently approved by Apple authorized service centre* only.
    • We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive the damaged/ defective product and verify its packaging/condition.


Conditions for returns

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery of the product.
  • All items to be returned must be in their original packaging in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase.
  • In case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled with, please do not accept the package and write us on [email protected] asap

 

Dead on Arrival Product

  • A product is considered Dead on Arrival (“DOA”) if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call 8340088888 and write us on [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Apple authorized service center will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
    • Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at Aptronix's expense. A Sales Support representative will contact you within 24 hours of your call with the replacement product delivery details and the procedure for returning the DOA product.
    • Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
  • Product must be deemed DOA by Apple authorized service center within 24 hours of the product receipt date in order to be eligible for a replacement unit.
  • Aptronix reserves the right to test returned DOA products. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, Aptronix may impose a handling fee.

 

Refunds

  • Orders once invoiced will not be cancelled and refunded.
  • Customer need to share a email within 24 hours or before invoicing whichever is earlier on [email protected] incase needs to cancel the order and process for refund
  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded to the credit/ debit card within 7- 9 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.

  • Orders once invoiced will not be cancelled and refunded.
  • Goods once sold cannot be replaced for refunded
  • Incase of DOA(Dead on arrival) or any cosmetic damaged product we will replace the product only if the box is opened at our store.

 

Other T&Cs

  • No bill edits or addition/change of GST will be done once the bill is generated.
